~ Salon de Luxe Doors ~

In 2000 Rab MacInnes and myself were asked to recreate a copy of the original Salon de Luxe Doors by Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

“Our” doors are now installed and used in the newly opened “Mackintosh at the Willow”, Salon de Luxe in Sauchihall Street, Glasgow.

The original doors are in a glass case, on display, in the “museum” interpretation-room next door.
